|Bento #03 ~ Pan Grilled Shrimp and Vegetables|
The heat is on in the place where I live! It's time to eat light and healthy! Hopefully, I can cope up :) In here a mix of shrimp, okra, and baby corn that I blanched first before pan-grilling, seasoned with salt and pepper.
bunch of okra (or boil)
bunch of baby corn
salt and pepper
Blanch okra, baby corn, and shrimp. Drain. Drop olive oil in a pan, grill the shrimp, baby corn,and okra separately. Seasoned with salt and pepper, arrange in a platter (I used lunch box for my Bento collection)
