Home-made Salsa

I bought stuff from my favorite bakery (Florida Bakery) here in Taipei and can't resist getting tortilla chips. I usually buy salsa from Costco but this time I want fresh salsa. I couldn't find jalapeno, instead I used the local chili, minus the cilantro (don't like the smell).

2 tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large chili , chopped
3 limes, juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon tomato juice
cilantro (optional), chopped

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Let it chill for a while. Serve with tortilla chips.

I love fresh salsa! It never lasts at our house.
