Noodles with Sponge Gourd and Kanimi

Another no recipe meal, the previous I made was String Musrhroom with Kanimi. This time, I didn't add cucumber instead I added noodles. I have left-over transparent noodles and kanimi (imitation crab meat) in t he freezer. I bought sponge gourd (peeled and sliced)  and string mushroom is in season.

Just chop 3 cloves of garlic, sliced1 small onion, saute until soft. Add the sponge gourd, mushroom and kanimi . Season with salt and pepper (note: kanimi is already salty), don't put too much salt. Oyster sauce can also be used. Add the cooked noodles and keep mixing, add a little water if it's too dry. Serve hot!

I have not seen those noodles. I guess, I should go to a specialty store. They make a dish elegant.

This is a great addition to any menu. Thanks for linking it to MMM
