Sauteed Mushroom

For the busy day, I always prepare food in an easy way. Here's sauteed mushroom in butter. Just heat 2 tablespoon butter (or olive oil), sauteed fresh mushroom 3-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.

Noodles with Sponge Gourd and Kanimi

Another no recipe meal, the previous I made was String Musrhroom with Kanimi. This time, I didn't add cucumber instead I added noodles. I have left-over transparent noodles and kanimi (imitation crab meat) in t he freezer. I bought sponge gourd (peeled and sliced)  and string mushroom is in season.

Just chop 3 cloves of garlic, sliced1 small onion, saute until soft. Add the sponge gourd, mushroom and kanimi . Season with salt and pepper (note: kanimi is already salty), don't put too much salt. Oyster sauce can also be used. Add the cooked noodles and keep mixing, add a little water if it's too dry. Serve hot!

Fresh Mushroom in Garlic Butter

The simplest to make fresh mushroom as a side dish. Slice the button mushroom and mince some garlic. Saute garlic in butter, then add mushroom, season with salt and pepper. Serve as side dish.

I ate it with chicken barbecue :)
