Another no recipe for Chayote Leaves to make it tastier than blanching alone. I just prepared few chopped garlic, 1/2 sliced onion 100g shredded beef, bunch of chayote tops, salt and pepper to taste.
In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant, add the beef and saute until cook. Season with salt and pepper, add the chayote and saute until cooked. Serve as side dish.
