1 pack tofu (i used silken coated with egg)
2 cloves garlic
2 stalk green onion
1 chili hot pepper
(the i used is not hot, so I added a little bit of chili paste)
1T light soysauce
2T olive oil
pinch of black pepper
Heat oil, fried the tofu until golden brown.
Remove the fofu, add all the remaiing ingredients.
Add a little water, let it boil, return the tofu.
Same procedure, after frying, just add 1T of soysauce,
1/2t of sugar, black pepper, green onion.
No Sauce Tofu
Just fry, then put some tuna flakes on top.
