Cooking Dried Tofu
1.) DRIED TOFU WITH CELERY
Ingredients:
5 pieces dried tofu
1 celery
Seasoning: salt or soysauce, sesame oil
Procedure:
Heat 1T oil, fry tofu, add seasoning. Then add celery and mix well.
2.) DRIED TOFU WITH SMALL FISH - Same procedure except it has wine and sugar.
