Korean Cabbage Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 head small cabbage
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt / or fish sauce (optional)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar/or lime
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 stalk green onion
Procedure:
Chop the cucumber.
Chop the 2 green onions
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
Serve with any dish or eat as a snack.
