Korean Cucumber Salad

(Oi Muchim)


3 smal/thin cucumber

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

1 tsp vinegar/or lime

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp sesame seeds

2 stalk green onion


Slice the cucumber into 1/4 pieces.

Chop the 2 green onions

Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.

Serve with any dish or eat as a snack.
