300 grams green beans
1 T olive oil (or sesame oil)
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 T dry fish flakes
salt and pepper to taste
- Boil water and add 1 t salt.
- Add green beans and cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beans and drain.
- Heat oil, add garlic until fragrant. Add beans, salt and pepper.
- Place in the platter, sprinkle with fish flakes. Serve.
