Sponge Gourd with Crab Stick Paste

No Recipe at all! Ijust sauteed garlic, onion, crab stick paste. Then add sponge gourd, seasoned with oyster sauce and ground pepper. Let it boil and thicken the sauce. Serve.
I served this as side dish, eating with fried fish and steamed rice.

Thanks for linking this to My Meatless Mondays. This is quite a dish. I don't think anyone seeing the dish would believe how you kind of throw it together. It looks like hours of work went into it.
