Choco-Candy Cookies

As I've mentioned in my previous post, Chinese New Year means the beginning of Spring. To welcome the spring, colorful spring candies are available everywhere. Sometimes, I just need to be creative to come up with what available I have  like this choco-candy cookies. I only used the ready-mix brownies and place some choco-candies to make them colorful.

1 pack ready mix brownies, mix as directed in the package plus add 1/2 cup all purpose flour. Bake only for 20-30 minutes. Let it cool, make a ball and roll in powder sugar. Press in the middle and place choco-candy. Bake again for another 15 mintues. The coated sugar will be melted, to make the cookies a little bit hard and chewy.

I brought this to our get-together lunch earlier.

Happy Chinese New Year!
