Beef and Radish Soup

This is not from scratch, I have left-over steak the other day and just sliced in bite size. Peeled and cubed radish, sliced some green onion. Here it is, a meal for a day with my freshly baked Irish Soda Bread.

Boil water, add the beef (with its sauce) and radish. Let it boil, season with whatever seasoning of your choice. I just add a drop of Worcestershire and pepper. Sprinkle with green onion. Served.

I love the presentation. Very spot on Lani. This reminds me of sinigang also. :)
