Simple Sauteed Beansprout

The cheapest and maybe healthiest side dish for today. I was passing by the Traditional Market and bought a bunch of beansprout for only NT$10 (3 cents). I sauteed it with leeks, seasoned with salt and pepper, dropped a little bit of soy sauce and that's it!

Hi Lani, I love this "toge" or bean sprout dish. I would try this for sure. Thanks for sharing and the visit too. I do appreciate it.

I did not think of beanspouts as pretty until, I saw this photo. Thanks for linking this to My Meatless Mondays.

Yummy. It's been a while since I've had sprouts. This picture reminded me how good they are.

Thanks for link to Midnight Maniac Meatless Mondays.
