I love using mushrooms in my dishes, and this looks really good. I have a recipe to share. Try blanching the mushrooms then toss with fresh cucumbers, seaweeds and some dashi (Japanese fish granules seasoning). Simple, light and refreshing! :)http://freshcrumbs.blogspot.com/2010/09/tofu-nights.html
