I bought this Bok Choy SM Hypermart imported from Taiwan. Just an ordinary sauteed in vegetable oil with chopped garlic and seasoned with salt.

Sweet Glazed Banana

Local produced Banana (Saba), usually used for cooking.

Ingredients:

5 pieces banana (saba), cut in quarters

2 cups water

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Let the water boil in the pan, add sugar and vanilla. Let it boil again, add the bananas and cooked.
