For some of you know that one of my favorites meal is pasta. I love anything about pasta! I keep on discovering different ways how to prepare pasta in a healthy way. Here's another try I made, a very simple but healthy.
some cook pasta ( I used spaghetti)
2 bundles spinach
few scallops (or more)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
mozarella cheese (optional)
