Sauteed Crab Legs Tea Noodles

Don't think of huge legs :), just a cup of small crab legs I bought from supermarket. I thought of making spaghetti, I don't have pasta in my cupboard except tea noodles. Thus, this meal is now called Crab Legs Tea Noodles. As usual, I just used whatever available in the kitchen. I have few fresh button mushroom, few Chinese celery, few cherry tomatoes, then onion and garlic. I chopped everything, sauteed in olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper.

Boiled the tea noodles as per directed. Mixed it with the sauteed crab and the rest of the ingredients. Squeezed with lemon. There you go, my lunch for today.

That looks excellent!

I was surprised that you served it hot, it looks like it would also go well as a cool pasta salad.

that's a good idea, we sometimes tend to waste this part of the crab- now we can put it to a good and yummy use.
