Fish in Light Soysauce
Ingredients:
1 slice of fish (any white meat fish)
2 slices of ginger
1 stalk of green onion
Seasoning (1)
1T light soysauce
1t cooking wine
2T water
green onion and ginger (chopped)
Seasoning (2)
1T light soysauce
1/4 t sugar
3 T hot water
little sesame oil
Marinate the fish for about 15-30 minutes in seasoning (1) .
Fry the fish until very dark. Remove the fish.
Place the seasoning (2) in the pan, bring to a boil.
Add the fish, and let it boil for few more minutes.
Remove the fish from the sauce, and lay in a platter.
