Ingredients:
2 long eggplant
1 tofu
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 onion
2T oyster sauce
2T olive oil
2T sesame oil
a pinch black pepper
Heat 2T olive oil, fry tofu until golden brown, set aside.
Heat 2T sesame oil, add onion, red bell pepper, and eggplant until cook.
Add oyter sauce, black pepper, and tofu to blend the flavor.
Cover for a mintue or two. Serve.
