Bento #04 ~ Asparagus and Peppered Beef Egg Wrap |
There's nothing better than having good and healthy breakfast in the morning! I'm trying to give it a try, hoping I can continue waking up early to prepare rather than buying from breakfast store. This took around 10 minutes since I prepared the peppered beef the night before. You can also use ham and other vegetables, and mayonnaise for the dressing. For the dessert, I have cherry tomatoes and cheese.
1 egg, slightly beaten (add 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch
1 slice of peppered beef (or ham), sliced into strips
bunch of asparagus, lettuce
mayonnaise (optional)
In a pan, heat olive oil and pan-grill the asparagus and peppered beef (ham), set aside. In the same pan, drop the egg and cook until done.
Spread the omelet in a plate, place the lettuce, ham, and asparagus. Wrap and but into half.
Enjoy! Happy Wednesday!
