Spinach as side dish, a very simple way to prepare!
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bundle spinach, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper. Saute until the spinach is cooked. Serve.

I finally discovered the beauty of spinach about a year ago.
All my life, I have had creamed spinach and more creamed spinach. While, I have nothing against creamed spinach, there is a lot to be said about the purity of spinach in a simple dish. That is really eating spinach. So, thanks for this recipe.

Normaly I don´t like spinach. But once I have eaten some with chinese friends and your recipe sounds like that one. I have to give it a try! :) LG Tina
