Just Beans for Monday

Just a simple meatless dish. I just boiled water, blanched the beans, removed the skin then sauteed in olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper.

Simple Sauteed Beansprout

The cheapest and maybe healthiest side dish for today. I was passing by the Traditional Market and bought a bunch of beansprout for only NT$10 (3 cents). I sauteed it with leeks, seasoned with salt and pepper, dropped a little bit of soy sauce and that's it!
