Korean Cabbage Salad

Cabbage Salad (Korean Style)
Ingredients:

1/2 head small cabbage

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt / or fish sauce (optional)

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp vinegar/or lime

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp sesame seeds

2 stalk green onion

Procedure:

Chop the cucumber.

Chop the 2 green onions

Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.

Serve with any dish or eat as a snack.

Korean Cucumber Salad

cucumber
(Oi Muchim)

Ingredients:

3 smal/thin cucumber

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

1 tsp vinegar/or lime

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp sesame seeds

2 stalk green onion

Procedure:

Slice the cucumber into 1/4 pieces.

Chop the 2 green onions

Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.

Serve with any dish or eat as a snack.

Beansprout Salad

Bean Sprout (Korean Dish)
A Korean side dish, but i wrap it in a crepe as a meal.
Beansprout Rolls
Ingredients:
1 pack of beans sprout
2 stalk green onion
1t sesame oil
1T sesame seed
1/4 t sugar
1/4 t garlic and pepper powder

Boil the sprouts for 5 minutes.
Rinse with cold water. Drain.
Add the ingredients.
Mix.
