Rice Nori, Tofu and Mushroom

Bento #02 ~ Rice Nori, Tofu, and Mushroom
As simple preparation as this kind of meal in a busy exam week. Rice wrapped in Nori (dry seaweed) with tuna and mayonnaise, shredded with carrots.

I have here fried egg tofu in olive oil,
sauteed mushroom seasoned with salt and pepper.

For the dessert, I bought egg pudding in the egg.

Happy Thursday!

D is for Do it Yourself

D is for DIY Omusubi or Rice Wrapped in Nori

I bought  DIY Dried Seaweed (Nori) wrapper

I have here fried rice mix with salmon and egg plus greens
(I just made this up, it's not a Japanese rice with vinegar)

Put some rice in the molder (comes with the Nori)

Place the rice into the dried seaweed wrapper

Fold the wrapper in half,
tuck in the sides following the rectangular shape.

Place the sticker to the ends, and this is how it looks.
Just follow the steps to unwrap it.

Here it is, I thought it would be complicated making it,
actually, it's fun Doing it Myself :)
