Sweet Potato Fries

A sweet and healthy fries for today! We used to add sugar to sweet potato and place in a stick for snack. But this time, the sweet potato itself is already sweet. So, let it be that way.

1 sweet potato
1/2 cup of canola oil

Wash the sweet potato, slice, and cook until soft and crispy.

You can also sprinkle with powder sugar (if using). Enjoy!

Oh my, I hate to tell you this. Canola oil is not real food. It is genetically modified.
Use organic safflower oil or organic olive oil instead. Otherwise, your recipe is wonderful. I love sweet potatoes and they are better than genetically engineered white potatoes which are regulated as a pesticide by the EPA instead of as a food by the USDA.
