For the busy day, I always prepare food in an easy way. Here's sauteed mushroom in butter. Just heat 2 tablespoon butter (or olive oil), sauteed fresh mushroom 3-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
I love using mushrooms in my dishes, and this looks really good. I have a recipe to share. Try blanching the mushrooms then toss with fresh cucumbers, seaweeds and some dashi (Japanese fish granules seasoning). Simple, light and refreshing! :)

Oh mushrooms, how I love thee.
It's crazy how such a simple dish can make my mouth water. That's just what this one is doing. Mmm...
We prepare morels this way in the spring. It's divine.

Yum, I'm a big fan of mushrooms. This looks like the perfect addition to a good piece of chicken.
