I think I lose weight a lot for 5 days, but my BMI still not changing much!
I'll go exercise on my 7th day. I believed if I'll start exercising soon, it'll end up to eating more! :)

I cheated, I ate one sticky rice dumplings...and that's not good, I don't feel good... it feels heavy and bloated in my tummy! :(

Oh well, I'm 57kg as of now, thanks to the hormones injected to me :)
