Weekend Food Tour: Breakfast, Up Up in a Way

Going to Hong Kong is always a morning flight for me! First, the ticket is much cheaper + I need to be in Taiwan office as early as possible to do business. I'm not used to eating breakfast as early as 8am. But, once the  tray delivered, I cannot resist. I love this bread, hot and cheesy!

Here's another set, the bread looks soft but it's not. It's just right the way I want it. Breakfast that will last until I checked in, around 1 or 2 pm :)

I'm not promoting this airline, but I'm a member so I have some privileges :)

Roast Beef Fried Rice

After the holidays, what will you do with the left-over food? The left-over roast beef, frozen mixed vege, and brown rice turned into a new meal. I used olive oil for frying and seasoned with salt and pepper.
