Simple Dinner by Hubby



After Mandarin Class, and part-time teaching in the evening...
 I came home with this simple but very hearty meal by hubby (he's in town for vacation) :)

    Your are lucky that your husband does dinners, simple or otherwise. I must say Nigel is very good and usually cooks a meal at the weekend. Diane
