I for an Italian Ice Cream

Just a treat for today!

We had pepper mint and dark-thick cholate...

    One of my favourite memories from my trip to Italy (of which I write today). My favourite was pinoli, but I haven't been able to find this flavour anywhere here. :(

    I think I have never eaten peppermint icecream. The best ice I ever ate I got on Sardinia, a huge portion of pistacchio icecream.
