Tuna and Brown Rice

Nikon D90 016.2
Since it's difficult to eat cold tuna salad, I ended up sauteing it in olive oil with cherry tomatoes and romaine lettuce :), then place on top of brown rice... voila!

  4. good idea! i haven't tried 'cooking' romaine lettuce...usually i eat them raw, but sauteing them for a bit (para mainit) sounds good to me. :)

  10. Ah! Yummy and healthy. I do the same since I don't like to eat just the cold tuna and plane. I like to saute' it first and mix other veggies or other good stuff. :)

  16. Ooh that's yummy! I will try that sometime soon. But about tomatoes, it was been found out that we have to take out the seeds of it when we cook or eat as science said it can build up into kidney stone or appendix? (not so sure what it will be build up but it is just in that two words or near in such organ, where foods will go into sometimes). Anyway, thanks for sharing! Thanks for this post. muahhh!
