Papaya and Grapefruit Shake
How about papaya and grapefruit mix with yogurt. It's good for constipated like me...
Ingredients:
1/2 grapefruit
1/4 slice of papaya
1 cup yogurt (unsweetened)
Preparation:
Squeeze grapefuit, pare and cube papaya. Put all all the ingredients into the blender, mix well. I didn't add honey, the papaya is already sweet.
